Founder & Equine Business Leadership Coach

My passion for horses has been a lifelong journey. From my earliest days, I was captivated by them—whether it was being pushed in a stroller through local stables or spending every spare moment at the barn as a child. I took lessons in every discipline I could, joined 4H, devoured horse-related books, and cared for others' horses whenever the opportunity arose. This passion only deepened as I grew older.

At 17, I was given my first horse, who accompanied me to college. There, I competed on, and eventually captained, my university's equestrian team. Summers were spent working as a wrangler on a guest ranch or at a local tack shop, while free time during the school year was filled with more learning from my trainer as a working student. Recognizing the need for a solid career to support my equine dreams, I studied Business Management and Accounting.

My professional journey took me into the corporate world, where I gained extensive experience in accounting, marketing, human resources, and program development. Despite my corporate career, horses remained a central part of my life, and I continued to ride and learn as an amateur. My passion for continuous learning and entrepreneurship led me to earn an MBA in Marketing Strategy, a Professional in Human Resources certification, and an InnerMBA certificate.

Over the years, while working and riding, I ventured into several entrepreneurial projects, each one teaching me valuable lessons. Eventually, I found success in building a beginner riding program, quickly growing it into a full-time business with a waiting list in just 10 months. The work was demanding but incredibly rewarding, and I established a strong community and reputation in the process.

​

However, unforeseen challenges with my lesson horses led to the collapse of my business, teaching me the hard realities of building a business in the equine industry. This experience, though difficult, provided me with invaluable insights that I now use to help others. Today, I coach equine industry professionals, drawing on my hands-on experience and deep understanding of the industry to help you build a thriving business.

 

My mission is to support fellow equine industry practitioners and business owners in achieving their dreams, ensuring the horse industry remains vibrant and successful for generations to come.
